ISIP intends to spur entrepreneurship in the country by improving access to and the quality of, startup support mechanisms. ISIP will provide targeted assistance to SEs in growing their business, scaling their impact, and seeking investments in order to achieve those plans.

Social Impact Accelerator

Considered the core of ISIP, the Social Impact Accelerator will provide the physical facility, mentoring venue, and technical support to fast-track the growth of high-potential SEs in the Philippines. Through the accelerator, admitted SEs will be able to gain access to ISIP partners’ network of resources to build their impact, refine their business, and potentially secure financing. Find out more about our accelerator here.

Mentorship Program

The program intends to provide expert guidance and counseling to SEs on issues they face from fortifying their idea, validating market needs, developing a prototype, strengthening business plans to commercialize a product or service, setting up an enterprise venture or pitching to investors to raise funds. Read up on our mentors here.

Lecture Series and Workshops

To jumpstart the Social Impact Accelerator, selected social enterprises will undergo a series of lectures and workshops that will help them refine their business model and zero in on the impact delivered by their businesses. We have invited local and international experts to share their experience and knowledge on key topics such as Impact Strategy, Company Building, and Fundraising for Social Investment.

Investor Roundtables

We understand that an investment takes relationship-building and trust. Every month, we organize an investor roundtable with local and international impact investors to build and cultivate that investor-investee relationship. Over time, we hope that these regular meetings will be able to lead to opportunities for social investment and funding.

Interested in taking part in our Investor Roundtables? Send us a message at isip.ph@undp.org and we'll get in touch with you soon.

Pitch Karaoke Sessions

We will be holding monthly Pitch Karaoke sessions for social enterprises to practice and refine their pitch presentations. Sessions are exclusive for selected startups and their mentors, who will be able to give advice on how to deliver an effective pitch and win over investors.

Demo Day

Demo Day is the Culmination of the six-month acceleration program. Considered to be a sort of "graduation" for the admitted social enterprises, we gather our champions, partners, and invited investors to join us for a day of pitches and presentations, and look back on the last six months.
