Eugene Noh
Eugene Noh is the Progam Director of the Bay Area National Science Foundation Innovation-Corps (NSF I-Corps) which provides Lean LaunchPad training for academic researchers and startups with universities such as UC Berkeley, UC San Francisco, Stanford University. Previously, Noh served at the CITRIS Foundry of the CITRIS-Banatao Institute at UC Berkeley as the Partnerships Lead. He was also the Venture Lab Manager at the Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship & Technology (SCET) in UC Berkeley and led an early-stage startup incubator in the College of Engineering where he mentored over 50 teams. Eugene will be deployed to the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) in Cagayan de Oro City.

During his deployment, Mr. Noh attended an Investment Forum organized by USTP. This led to discussions in establishing a local startup ecosystem at Cagayan de Oro.
Mr. Noh also shared about Hacking4Local which is an event that UC Berkeley ran. The USTP Team received this positively and they are currently looking into conducting similar activities that could help establish a stronger connection between student innovators & entrepreneurs with the local industry at Cagayan de Oro.
